Quartet is a healthcare technology and services company on a mission to improve the lives of people with mental health conditions. Our vision is that one day, every person with a mental health condition will get the care they need. To make this vision a reality, we are building a different mental healthcare system with technology and services that reach people who need care, connect them to the right care, and support their care journeys. This work is made possible by the talented team at Quartet who work tirelessly to make it easier for people to access quality mental health care.
“We’re thrilled to be named one of Modern HealthCare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare again in 2020. This recognition is in great thanks to the team at Quartet who show up everyday embodying our values: embody kindness, build trusted partnerships, show up in earnest, amplify diverse perspectives, and advocate fiercely,” said David Wennberg, MD, MPH, CEO of Quartet. “This honor is especially meaningful during the pandemic and social change driven by the Black Lives Matter movement as Quartet is working to quickly and easily connect people to the mental health care they need, while also supporting our team to thrive in this new environment.”
This award identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the healthcare industry nationwide. Modern Healthcare partners with the Best Companies Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey.
“It has been an especially trying year for the world, and healthcare in particular as COVID-19 ravages our communities and your workplaces,” said Aurora Aguilar, Modern Healthcare’s editor. “But the organizations recognized on this year’s list rose to the top and continued to be a source of strength for their teammates. They have seen their colleagues fall ill to the virus and struggled with the economic impact of the pandemic. The loyalty and trust between employers and their workers is being put to the test now more than ever. We congratulate the Best Places to Work in Healthcare for continuing to serve their workforce and communities during such an unprecedented time.”
Quartet offers benefits that enable a healthy work-life balance, including a flexible work schedule, enhanced mental health benefits, generous insurance benefits and parental leave, and unlimited vacation and sick time. All Quartet staff are currently working from home during the Coronavirus pandemic, and have been asked about their needs and preferences to ensure they have the support they need during this time. Quartet will continue to be flexible about remote work until conditions are safe.
Quartet maintains constant communication with the team, including bi-weekly all-staff meetings where staff ask questions, and leadership provides operational updates about COVID-19, necessary public health measures, and corporate decisions about re-opening and related matters.
Quartet will find out their ranking on the Best Places list and be celebrated at the 2020 Best Places to Work in Healthcare awards gala taking place virtually on October 8 in conjunction with the Workplace of the Future Conference.
